The level depends on the amount of education they have completed thru ulta. Webi would look up the local ulta salon and on yelp and check out the reviews. It's entirely dependent on the stylists at the location. The one in my area is horrible. Weblike others have said, hit or miss. At my ulta one girl cuts my hair perfectly and the other cuts it just okay. Definitely look into if they have instagram pages to see their work or if.
